Refund Policy

It is our personal endeavour to give you maximum satisfaction from your shopping experience at minufasion.com and this experience is never complete till you have complete freedom to return the product in case you don't like the product once it is delivered to you at your doorsteps. Our return policy is meant to give you a pleasant experience and give you a chance to visit our website again and make future purchases even if you returned the previous product.

After placing the order customer can cancel the order within 1 hour if he/she wish to. And in case of customer request for Refund, it will be processed through same mode within 10 working days. Products can be returned within 24 hours from the day of delivery. And you will get return product in 10 working day .

A. Exchange

  •   We want you to be extremely happy with your purchase. Your unused item(s) may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of order date. Please note that items received after 10 days of order date will only be eligible for an exchange. Any defective item or incorrect shipment will be replaced at no additional cost to you.
  •   Returns would not be accepted for custom made / stitched clothing, including readymade stitched Sarees or Sarees stitched with custom blouse. However, we would accept returns if there is any faults from our end.
  •   All Items must be in new and unused condition.
  •   All products should be returned in original condition with tags intact as attached in the dress. Presence of original tags is a must to accept returns.
  •   All items must be in original packaging, have all tags attached and include all instructions.
  •   Gift cards and gift wrapping costs are not refundable.
  •   The customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax, if applicable where the customer wants to change his order after the dispatch.
  •   In case of refund/ return, there will be no refund the custom duties, taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.
  •   Please allow 10 business days after receipt in our warehouse for your exchange to be processed and shipped to you. We request you to kindly send all exchanges or returns via traceable couriers and intimate us their tracking numbers.
  •   We request our customers not to accept any couriers in damaged conditions. If you find that your item or it is damaged upon receiving the order, please let us know immediately and we will send you a replacement of the same item at no extra cost.
  •   Used items or opened items with missing tags, instructions, original packing, etc. will not be accepted in any circumstances and no claims for exchange will be entertained.

B. Conditions for Return

  •   The return can take place anytime within 10 days from the date of receiving the shipment.
  •   The 10 day period is the largest relaxation period that is provided by us. Furthermore, you can return any product to us, we don't bar you from returning goods purchased during sale periods.
  •   If the goods have been received in damaged condition then our liability is applicable only if you contact us within 24 hours of delivery of goods after which we are not liable for any damaged delivery.

C. Return Process

  •   Once you make a decision to return the received goods you need to call us on our 24x7 helpline number and provide basic details like order number, contact details, etc. and ask the operator for return of the order.
  •   If we have collection services available at your location then we will send our representative to collect the goods from your doorstep otherwise you will need to courier the goods to the address that will be mentioned to you via E-mail
  •   The goods should be in proper condition with no tag removed from the clothes. If any of the tags is removed we won't be able to return the product.
  •   The goods should reach us within 10 days of putting a request for return. Trendy Collections doesn't take any responsibility for the courier not reaching us within 10 days failing which the return won't be initiated.
  •   Once the goods reach our facility physical verification takes place to check for any defects and to check the tags and labels.
  •   On the completion of physical verification of goods the return refund is initiated.

D. Refund Process

  •   When you make a call for return of good we offer you option in regards to the refund. The refund can come in your minufasion.com account or can be directed via payment gateway to your bank/credit/debit/cash/gift card account.
  •   The amount refunded will be the exact amount that you paid while placing the order irrespective of the list price of the item or if the part refund will not be initiated.
  •   Refund will be processed through same online mode in 10-15 working days.
