However in some cases and As per your size orders (Customized orders ) , we may take longer, up to 12 working days, to ship the order. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within quoted time of the order, you may cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order or full order. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order or full order shall be refunded; in the manner you have made the payment. ( Customized Orders will be shipped within 12 days of order )
In case the address provide by you is incomplete or incorrect and the courier company fails to reach you, in that case if you arrange for a re-delivery you may have to incur additional cost or yourself pick up the consignment from the courier office. And in case the package comes back to us in event of non-delivery due to incomplete address you will be liable to pay the shipment charges which will be minimal.
Once an order is registered, you cannot make any alterations. However, address alteration requests may be accommodated within 24 hours of placing the order. You may send your alteration request to info@minubedsheets.com and the need full will be done.

minubedsheets.com is shipping all parcels as fully insured at no extra cost to customers. If courier company fails to deliver, you do not suffer any loss. In-transit risk is all ours. But minubedsheets.com will not responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer's address by postal / courier agency.
